TownTalk Version 5 is coming

TownTalk Version 5 Is Coming - Blog - TownTalk

It has taken a few years, but we’re finally ready… TownTalk Version 5 has officially taken its place in the development queue and should be ready for release later this year.

Over recent months the TownTalk team have been vigorously researching new internet technologies whilst gaining insight into exactly what clients want from their TownTalk websites. The combination of the two has created some great ideas that will all be included in the latest version. Matt Abrams, Operation Director said;

“We’re not giving anything anyway just yet. We’ve spent a lot of time thinking through ideas and ways in which the TownTalk network can be improved, both in terms of functionality and indeed aesthetically.”

“The team and I are really looking forward to starting this project and have nothing but high expectations for when it is released later this year.”

The whole TownTalk network will be getting a re-vamp. The design changes accommodate a mix of the current sites along with the new branding and a fresh, more modern appearance.

Work has already begun on the new Version 5 Admin Centre (Content Management System) which was recently issued out to a select few clients to test drive. So far the feedback has been very positive and Development Director, Alex Pashley has said that the Version 5 Admin Centre will be online across the network very soon.
